Abstract

This paper (in French) reviews the work of the International Law Commission at its 59th session. Topics review include reservations to treaties, the responsibility of international organisations, shared natural resources, expulsion of aliens, effects of armed conflicts on treaties, and the obligation to extradite or prosecute.
