Man businesses and professional firms are-or are considering-conducting business as limited liability companies (LLCs) or limited liability partnerships (LLPs), rather than in one of the more traditional business forms (C corporation, S corporation, general partnership, limited partnership). Here's a look at how that decision affects the business' employee benefit plans.
