Abstract

The irresponsible and insensitive behavior of business leaders worldwide shows that business is an underprofessionalized occupation today. Unless future international managers demonstrate that they serve the common good in their daily practice, the legitimacy and moral standing of the business profession remain questionable. The paper presents a new manager profile developed by professors of CEMS - Global Alliance for Management Education.

Keywords: business management, 'bona fide' professions, new management profile
