Abstract
Professor Kmiec introduced a panel discussion regarding ABA accreditation standards for law schools at the 2006 Federalist Society National Lawyers Convention. This brief article memorializes his remarks. In his remarks, Professor Kmiec raised the four most common arguments in favor of ABA accreditation for law schools and the four most prevalent counterpoints made against those arguments. Then he invited the panel to offer their comments.
