Abstract
This essay establish and develop an alternative scheme to the understanding of productivity that incorporates qualitative, institutional and social issues of the labor, as determinants of the productive structure of the industry in Bogotá. This analysis allows isolating the economic proportion of the values in the agent´s preferences that has been incorporated inside the processes of firms. There is a no walrasian pattern, distancing themselves from the balance made by Solow from Euler theorem and applying to the reality of Pymes and large companies inside this context. Therefore, it is obtained a residual by estimating autoregresive models without the usually and normality restrictions. His interpretation suggests that the effect of values as preferences seems to be related to the degree of formality of labor contracts and stages of economic cycles.
