Abstract

The author recounts the main highlights of his intellectual life — including some of his most memorable and spectacular failures — since becoming a law professor in the summer of 1998. Part I of this intellectual autobiography covers the years 1998 to 2008. Part II (the Addendum) covers 2009 to 2019. Part III contains a photo gallery.
