French Abstract: Les droits des réfugiés au Canada sont en état de siège. Le ministre de l'Immigration se dirige vers une nouvelle législation concernant les réfugiés. Ses actions récentes suggèrent que cela va rendre les choses pire, pas mieux.

English Abstract: The human rights of refugees in Canada are under siege. The immigration minister is moving towards new legislation regarding refugees. His recent actions suggest this will make things worse, not better.
