Abstract
This work aims to provide accurate information on the facts and arguments surrounding the advantages and disadvantages of having a reduction in the number of political appointees in federal agencies. Both sides of the argument will be developed. First, I will show a list of main points that may be used to either support or oppose the reduction in the number of political appointees. After that, I will present a brief recommendation based on the collection of arguments.
