Business Intelligence: Getting the Best Out of Your Customers

Business Intelligence tools and strategies have been adopted by individuals and corporations in their desire to gain competitive advantage. Some of these individuals and corporations may or may not have been conscious of these tools and strategies but nevertheless have used them to enhance their performance.

The author is concerned that so many business enterprises are unaware of these simple tools and strategies and have hence not taken advantage of them to grow their businesses.

This paper reviews some of these tools (excluding ICT tools) and strategies with the aim of showing how business enterprises can get the best out of their customers to achieve peak performance.
