It is not intended to provide exhaustive coverage, but it offers a selective treatment of developments likely to interest practitioners and advisors with a broad range of professional practices. Information presented is current as of November 25, 2009. A prior version of this outline was prepared for the Great Plains Tax Institute in Omaha, Nebraska (December 3, 2009).
