Abstract

The right of personal integrity had been established in multiples international documents and had been international recognized as a fundamental right. About this particular right, there is an empty spot about the determination of all the norms for the applicable procedure. So the point is, create a tool that has all the interpretations and jurisprudence of the internationals organizations specialized in this area, that include universal system of human rights and the regional system, so by that way we can count with a corpus juris of the international law, about those empty spots that exist at this moment about this right. In the same matter, the aim of this investigation is clarify the content of the right of personal integrity. In order to get that objective, the author look for all the information about that matter and doing a deep analysis with the induction and deduction technique, had been made a correct interpretation of the international norms about the right of personal integrity, in that way there had been made some conclusions at the end of this work.
