Developing right People is one such responsibility of learning Organisations. People could be composed of one or of an Army (which is also singular). In case of an army when people are used in Plural form, they are used as a Team. Using People Rightly is the responsibility the top management has to the stakeholders. Right deployment of learning people can go to even Transform an organization. It however is a function of Teams and Traits of people. Dr. W E Deming, the Quality Guru professed that People (including the top management in any organization) are the most vital inputs to any organiisation. He uses such elements of the system to demonstrate the virtuous cycle to continual improvement, and further on to the vitality of process design in this process. This virtuousness is termed as a cyclic endeavour in which every one gains.
The present work is an attempt to discuss the role of people of their influence for Improvement of quality into the Production System (Business Process). It attempts to align the role of cultural system and Values into People’s traits. It lists some of the inconsequential elements which must abstain from the scenario of today’s organizations so as to enable an organization to be a learning one.
