Abstract
This report presents a brief summary of Latin America and the Caribbean progress in attaining the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), some suggestions to adapt the MDG agenda to the realities and stages of development of the countries of the region, a summary of recent Inter-American Development Bank activities to support the MDGs, and some reflections on priorities for the period to 2015 and beyond.
