Abstract

In this Note, we aim to review some of the significant legal developments that have taken place in Hong Kong primarily in the first half of 2009. The review, which focuses only on statutory developments, is by no means exhaustive. We have tried to cover what we thought would be useful for comparative law scholars operating from outside Hong Kong.

Keywords: Civil Justice Reform, Road Traffic, Product Eco-responsibility, Racial Discrimination, Hong Kong
