Abstract

This paper, cognizant of the Open Price Contract view established in the Principles of European Contract Law and in the Draft Common Frame of Reference, assesses whether this solution may be best or effective in the case of the contract of sale, specially in relation to consumer sales and with respect to the remedy of the reduction in price.
