Abstract
Have you ever wondered why someone else closes up when you're trying to make an important point? Choosing the right words to communicate is a technique that requires some skill. In order to successfully enroll another person into a possibility, you must be able to choose words that will create balance between effectively communicating the ideal situation and not encountering resistance in the other person.
