Abstract

Loza discusses the transnational nature and globalization of legal practice and analyzes the scope of competence that attorneys must master and maintain to comply with their ethical responsibilities. Loza examines the applicable ethical standards under the applicable ABA model rules to which many state attorney ethics rules are harmonized. Loza analyzes all or virtually all applicable ABA and state ethics opinions, including as to new changes for admission of foreign attorneys to practice in Delaware and as to legal outsourcing to India. Loza provides extensive citation references.
