This paper was used as a guide for a continuing legal education program hosted by ALI-ABA and the Georgetown University Law Center. The author outlines the various evidence issues involved in employment cases, and draws on case law and the various rules of evidence as the basis for the presentation. This work should serve as a good review for attorneys practicing employment law.
