Analysis of the impact of intellectual property on access to climate change technologies; the relevance of international regimes relating to climate change and human rights; and the place of other principles in enabling wider access to essential technologies. Part of a wider project, ‘Obtaining, protecting and using essential environmental technologies: a holistic analysis,’ funded by the British Academy.
