Abstract
Problem Gamblers, by Sasso and Kalajdzic, asks whether the province and its gaming venues can be held liable for the losses of those who do not or cannot control their gambling impulses. This article provides a counterpoint to Problem Gamblers. Specifically, it examines the soundness of Sasso and Kalajdzic’s claim that the province and its gaming venues can be held responsible for gambling losses.
