This article considers Leegin Creative Leather Products, Inc. v. PSKS, Inc., the case that finally overturned the per se rule against minimum resale price maintenance first announced by the Supreme Court in Dr. Miles Medical Co. v. John D. Park & Sons Co. in 1911.
