Abstract

Job search has become a very specialized process thanks to (i) the domain of job providers/ seekers having become global (ii) Domains of new competencies have boomed, requiring specyalised people for each set of job; (iii) Number of professional web sites, facilitating the process, have introduced extensive automation, which tend to make the process complex yet very potent.

Towards this aim the work has been aimed to address specialized nature of professional services both on behalf of seeker and provider. This paper attempts to serve the planners and the job seekers.

Job searching procedure has the important role for getting a dreamed job. Here in this article we are going to elaborate this procedure on basis of some experiments and studies. What is most appropriate efficient and best method to search a job? Yes, this is internet! But this article will help you to resolve the problems occurring to search a job even at internet. Some most experienced steps for searching jobs are described then all well known and available job search engine’s main aim or working is categorized. For some different or special fields many search engines are also tabulated, showing their popularity. Then technically the whole discussion is proved by using t-test of statistics. To prove quality results, some topics from different nature of job are taken and five queries on every topic are tested by executing on the different search engines. Relevant results are finding out, apply t-test on them and suggested to use job search engine on the basis of your dreamed job’s nature.
