Abstract

In this paper we adapt the traditional framework of business model for public investment projects. The purpose is an effective merge of the profit-driven-actors view with the social and public issues through what we define as the Public Private Business Model (PPBM). We test the PPBM model into the satellite services industry on the Emergency Response Core Services (ERCS).
