Abstract

Reporting on a study of both internet and environmental governance against a backdrop of fiscal, technological, and political uncertainties, this paper examines key factors from these literatures in comparative perspective. Particular attention is paid to level of analyses and co-processes. Highlighting fourteen key elements from both research domains, it identifies commonalities across the two governance arenas.
