Abstract

This paper describes test the idea that human capital can be an outcome of intellectual, social and emotional capital. The research sample of this paper is 55 collected in U.K. The results of this study yields that human capital can be function of intellectual, social and emotional capital constructs. Furthermore, the constructs used in the study can be used a tool for the better use and maintenance of human capital in any organization. The future implication of this study can help to estimate the organizational performance as with help of intellectual, social and emotional capital constructs used in the study. This study can lead the organization of establish the policies according to the constructs used in the study to better utilization of their human capital. The future of the organization lies in the hand of available human capital and their better management and that can only be done when it is estimated by the mean of intellectual, social and emotional capital.
