Abstract

This paper discusses act of misrepresentation and ambiguity in contract and things that may brings them closer to overlap in certain cases through which whether it would be possible to state as act of same genesis. The paper went through the definition and case study of misrepresentation and ambiguous terms to get the answer. We further have went through the economic analysis of the two acts to present the relevant factor to establish indeed that ambiguity can be a special case of misrepresentation
