Abstract

This article gives a short overview of the work of the PZOK, the Examination and Certification Body of the German Communication Industry. After explaining the aims of the organisation, it gives details regarding the content and formal standard requirements of the examinations, which deal with the theory, organisation, working structure and environment of PR, before answering some common questions regarding the work of the PZOK.
