Abstract

The Humanistic Management Network is about to publish a volume on “Humanistic Ethics in the Age of Globality”. Below we expound why we feel a need for a renewed consideration of humanistic ethics today, and how we plan to answer to this need. In particular, we address the current transition from a phase of globalization into the age of globality and influence this transition has on contemporary theory formation in the fields of business ethics and social policy act.
