Abstract

This article reviews Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code, which is United States’ model domestic law on funds transfers. After a general introduction to the Code, this article reviews of how Article 4A deals with a number of key international payment issues. It concludes by comparing the US regime to the UNCITRAL Model Law on credit transfers discussed in the previous article.
