Abstract

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, India, a sinking public sector unit entered into 3rd Generation Mobile services during 2009-10 through out India. In Tamilnadu State, the launching was first made in Chennai and then extended to the industrial towns Coimbatore and Tiruppur. This report gives detailed information about the customer perception and patronage of 3Gsystems in these towns.
