Abstract

An increasing number of laws, regulations, treaties, and private sector instruments from around the world regulate the transborder flow of personal data. This document categorizes and describes them, as of March 1, 2011; it is an annex to a study that will be attached to the forthcoming OECD report on the 30th anniversary of the OECD Privacy Guidelines.
