Abstract
An educational organization that works does not necessarily mean that it is a success. Essentially the way it is run, the principles and values are reflected in practice. The primary difficulty of driving a school is the complexity of variables involved: students, teachers, curricula, educational technology, etc. Reality shows that a school director must be not only a good teacher, but a good manager.
