Abstract

This paper assumes that there is lack of accurate estimates of the Palestinian population and their movement around the world, including the number of refugees, especially unregistered ones. Even the current statistics and figures don’t indicate socio-economic conditions of refugees in host countries. Because of that, and as it is important to inform public policies and decisions with accurate data, this paper argues the significance of attaining up-to-date statistics and the actions to be taken to present data accordingly.
