Abstract

Judge Hora was Adelaide Thinker in Residence in South Australia 2009-2010. This is her report on and recommendations to the South Australian justice systm: including a 2020 Vision for the Justice System; Building Safer Communities by Being Smart on Crime; Fair, Timely and Economical Justice; Protecting the Next Generation and Building a Better Future; and Understanding the Third Branch of Government. Several of her recommendatins have already been adopted by the government and she returns to Adeliade for the third time in 2011.
