‘Walking on Two Legs in Chinese Law Schools’: A Chinese/U.S. Program in Experiential Legal Education

This article describes how the Pacific-McGeorge “rule of law” program in China has been structured and will be structured going forward and the methods used in the program. It then turns to the challenges we have faced and will face going forward and the lessons we have learned. It concludes with a discussion of the program’s impact.
