Abstract

An employee is the most important asset for any organization. No organization can servive without the dedicated employees. Employee involvement in decision making is a process to make the employees feel that they are not just an worker of the organization but an important part of the machinary. The prsent research will study the eefect of the employee involvement on the organization as well as on the motivation level of the employee. The sample size of 100 has been chosen from North Indian cities. The data used for the study is primary data collected with the help of questionnaire filled by the samples. The findings of the reports shows a visible effect of the employee involvement in decision making on the production process as well as on the morale of employee. The statistical tools dicriptive statistics, regression, Chi square test used for the purpose of evaluation.
