Abstract

Hart-Dworkin Debate is the biggest academic obsession of current jurisprudence. In this paper, I revisit the debate to make it understandable for a Latin American Reader. I refer to particularly three points: First, what is the origin and meaning of the debate. Second, the problems of the reception in Latin America, in particular, the bad translations. Third, I suggest a promising view to see this debate in the future.
