Abstract
This interview is Part 2 of a two-part series (which series contains 2 pdf files of the transcripts and 4 videos) in which Professor Ralph Walkling, the Stratakis Chair in Corporate Governance and Executive Director of the Center for Corporate Governance at Drexel University, interviews Professor Michael C. Jensen, Jesse Isidor Straus Professor of Business Administration, Emeritus, of the Harvard Business School, on topics ranging from his early work to current research.
Professor Jensen discusses the creation of "Jensen’s Alpha", the market model, the founding of the Journal of Financial Economics (JFE) and the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) and his current research on leadership, integrity and ontology. In addition, he reflects on on influential colleagues and provides advice to new professors.
