Abstract

The successful exploitation of new ideas is crucial for a company to be able to improve its processes, bring new products and enhanced services on the market, and increase its efficiency and, what is most important to improve its performance. Thus, this paper explains the idea to make innovation a key process and outlines the different approaches that help on planning for innovation and creation of appropriate business environment to develop ideas for creativity. It also emphasizes the help and support available to innovative businesses.
