Abstract

The paper will discuss three aims and objectives of Hitler's foreign policy. Those aims were: to destroy the treaty of Versailles, to implement the New Economic Order and to expand German territory.

Furthermore, the paper will focus on the third aim, Hitler's intention to expand eastward towards Russia rather than anywhere else. Four reasons behind this aim will be discussed; looking for Lebensraum (living space), inferiority of the Eastern race, superiority of the Western race and his need for broad territories.
