Abstract

Through statistical and qualitative analysis the third in this series of annual reviews analyses how many labor law cases are decided by the Court of Justice, how they are decided and identifies distinctive features of the case-load over time. The reviews also select substantive areas of particular prominence and interest for more detailed analysis: this one analyses the judicial emergence of a new EU discrimination law architecture.
