Abstract

This paper consists of a memorandum submitted to the Uniform Law Commission that proposed a project to codify a choice of law rule for fraudulent transfer, either by revising the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act or as a stand-alone uniform law. The Uniform Law Commission has instituted such a project.
