Abstract

This paper scrutinizes the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. After having proposed in-depth analysis of some classical CSR regulatory instruments, authors try to make sense of them form a general standpoint. They propose a general legal model aiming at a better understanding of the spreading of CSR instruments.
