Abstract

This article analyzes the history of sex offender registration and community notification under Mega’s Law in the United States. It examines the United Kingdom’s approach to sex offender registration and community notification via Sarah’s Law. It also explores the distinctly different approaches to community notification in the United States and the United Kingdom.
