Abstract

This paper critically reviews the book, War Crimes in Internal Armed Conflicts, by Eve La Haye. The book is strongly recommended. The author notes that more work needs to be done to address the gaps created by the current definition of "internal armed conflict." The completeness of La Haye's theoretical inquiries into the seminal decisions in this area is also questioned.
