Abstract
Professor Rychlak gives tips, wisdom, and advice about appellate arguments that he has learned during many years of coaching law school moot court teams. Some of the advice comes from judges and attorneys, and all of the information can help attorneys prepare better briefs and oral arguments for their clients.
