Abstract

The terms of 'real estate' used here is that approached into scrutinize is fall similarly to Black Law Dictionary into land and anything permanently affixed to land. In Indonesia Law this point refers to narrower regulations which is focused on housing development as initiated program continuing from the earlier period. The other expands have included more real estate products such as shopping centre, offices square, resort estate, industrial estate, and soon. Indonesian legal framework through real estate trading allowed basic law that refer to land law system under Act No. 5 year 1960 knew as Basic Agrarian Law (BAL). In Indonesian legal views real estate business firstly deal with land as main elements to construct several real estate products.
