Abstract

The 2005 Utah Disability Law Center Report is summarized. A case study approach is used to examine/determine whether conditions have improved or not for physically handicapped and/or mentally/psychologically impaired individuals involved in Utah's legal system , in general, and Duchesne County's legal system, in particular, since the report was issued in 2005. The main conclusion is that conditions are worse than those reported in 2005 for Duchesne County.
