Abstract

Companies in the manufacturing industry are changing from mere product to product-service suppliers. This reorientation requires new approaches in controlling. This article provides a contribution by developing a service process for the systematic linking of service design and service management and, building on this, through the creation of methods and concepts for process and resource management in service controlling, sub-divided into seven steps.
