Abstract

How to classify human rights ? What typology of human rights is the best ? This paper offers a critical analysis on how to classify human rights and reflections on the typology of human rights and the impact of any classification on the risk of division of human rights. After assessing various types of human rights classifications, the paper explores a systemic methodology to classify human rights in order to avoid affecting their interdependence and indivisibility.
